Dick DiStasio’s professional experience spans multiple executive-level assignments at leading manufacturing, distribution, transportation and service companies, with domestic as well as international focus. These include Augusta Holdings, LLC, a private equity company where he was Managing Partner; USF Corporation, a publicly held company where he was President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, The Martin Brower Company, LLC, where he was President and CEO for global operations; Maurice Sporting Goods, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President; the GRI Corp., a publicly held company where he held the post of Senior Vice President of Operations; the John O. Butler Corp., a publicly held company where he served as Controller and Assistant to the President and the Health Care Service Corporation, where he served as Senior Auditor. He serves as Co-Chairman of the board for The Youth Campus and serves as an advisor to the Cardinal for the Archdiocese of Chicago. Mr. DiStasio oversees Arbor’s DPI Specialty Foods, Inc. investment.
Mr. DiStasio has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
