PALM BEACH, FL – Arbor Investments (“Arbor”), a specialized private equity firm focused on acquiring companies in food, beverage, and related industries announced today the promotion of four key executives across its talented, expanding team of professionals.
Functional Discipline Team
Jim Durkin has been promoted to Partner, Operations and Supply Chain. Durkin joined Arbor as a Senior Vice President in 2021. In his newly expanded role, Durkin will be responsible for all areas related to operations, facility maintenance and supply chain at Arbor’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arbor, Durkin served as VP of Operations at Blommer Chocolate Company after an extensive 32-year career at Kraft Foods in supply chain and manufacturing leadership assignments for Oscar Mayer, Kraft Cheese & Dairy and Global Engineering.
Nancy Fox has been promoted to Partner, Chief People Officer. Fox joined Arbor as Chief People Officer in 2022 and in her newly expanded role will be responsible for talent, culture, recruiting and performance management at Arbor and the firm’s portfolio companies. With close to 6,000 employees across the entire Arbor portfolio, our people and our culture are critical. Prior to joining Arbor, Fox’s professional experience spanned public and private organizations leading and elevating human resources functions and organization cultures at KBP Investments, Triumph Foods and its joint ventures with Seaboard Foods, Deffenbaugh Industries, Sprint and EMBARQ, VF Corp., and TWA.

Investment Team
Jake White has been promoted to Senior Associate. White joined Arbor as an Associate in 2023 and is actively involved with Arbor portfolio companies Fontaine Sante, Steelite International and Rubix Foods. Prior to joining the firm, White was an Analyst at William Blair in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group.
Hanson Yan has been promoted to Senior Associate. Yan joined Arbor as an Associate in 2023 and is actively involved with Arbor portfolio companies Bradshaw Home, Crown Bakeries and Dr. G’s Creations. Prior to joining the firm, Yan was an Associate at BMO Capital Markets, in the Food, Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group.
