ATHENS, GA – Dr. G’s Creations (“Dr. G’s” or “the Company”), a leader in functional ingredients, flavors, and batter & breading systems, today announced the appointment of Robin Galloway as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Robin brings extensive experience as an executive leader in the food and ingredients sectors, coupled with a proven track record of strategic financial leadership and operational excellence.
Arbor Investments, a specialized private equity firm that focuses exclusively on acquiring premier companies in food, beverage, and related industries, is majority owner of Dr. G’s Creations.

Galloway recently served as CEO of Concord Foods, another Arbor Investments portfolio company, where she successfully led the company to an acquisition by Sugar Foods in March. Her accomplished career includes pivotal roles at leading companies, including Dean Foods, Wells Enterprises, The Schwan Food Company, Fieldbrook Foods, and Dairy Farmers of America. Galloway is respected throughout the industry for balancing business growth initiatives with building strong teams, and leading major transformation and business turnarounds.

Galloway holds a BA in Accounting from Monmouth College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is also a CPA (inactive). She has actively supported her community through various non-profit and philanthropic organizations throughout the years and currently serves on the board of trustees at Monmouth College.
Dr. Bahman Ghavimi, former CEO, founded Dr. G’s Creations in January 2008 and the company gained attention within the food industry for its functional ingredients and clean-label products. He will remain active with the business as an investor, member of the Board of Directors and advisor.
